Justin Kreinbrink Justin’s film career began at the age of 12 in a brief role in the Golden Globe nominated “In a Child’s Name.” At 15 he became a production assistant on the Academy Award winning film “Braveheart” (segments shot in Arizona), and the TV movie “Vanishing Point,” as well as production work on the Discovery Channel show “Mastodon: In Your Backyard.”

An award winning actor, he has acted in commercials for local and national companies such as Arby’s; in theatrical plays including MacBeth and A Midsummer Night’s Dream; and several independent and Hollywood productions including the hit TV series 24 and Universal’s Miracle at Sage Creek. Justin has trained with some of the best acting coaches in the business, and has a longtime personal coach/friendship with acclaimed teacher/director Gerald Gordon, who has coached some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Adrien Brody to his Oscar winning performance in The Pianist, Bruce McGill, and Christopher Titus.

Justin has served as a stunt man/double in numerous productions, from 24, Mission Impossible III, Brothers, and When I Find the Ocean; specializing in driving, rigging, and fight scenes. Proficient in film budgeting/scheduling, Justin has been hired to provide several productions with schedule breakdowns and detailed budgets, ranging from $78,000 to $25 million.

The face of El Tour de Tucson (one of the largest cycling events in the United States), Justin produced, directed, and hosted the documentary El Tour de Tucson, winner of 5 Telly Awards including Directing and Long Subject Film and was named Volunteer of the Year for it’s 25th Anniversary (2007) for his work. He has produced/hosted the videos since 2003. Justin also produced and hosted a promotional video for Saguaro National Park, which helped raise thousands of dollars for the park.

In 2006, Justin directed/produced/starred in the western feature, The Decoy, shot entirely in Southern Arizona, and distributed nationwide by Echo Bridge Home Entertainment/Showtime, and Worldwide by Unistar Entertainment. The film premiere was one of the first events to sell out the landmark Fox Theatre in Tucson, with over 1100 people in attendance. The film grossed it’s entire budget with 30 days of release. The film is used by the Arizona Film Commission to show potential filmmakers the many different landscapes Arizona has to offer.

            Justin was recently hired by Talmarc Productions to co-produce the upcoming film The Hard Ride, with Val Kilmer and Elisabeth Shue. He will also be portraying the famous gunfighter John Wesley Hardin in the film. He will also co-produce/2nd Unit Direct and act in the upcoming The Last Horseman, with Buck Taylor and Wes Studi. He has been recently signed to direct the feature film A Meadowlark Calling, one of the first films produced by the brand new Hometown Studios.

Justin is the newly elected President of I.F.A.S.A. (Independent Film Association of Southern Arizona) and recently was elected to the Regional Board for the Screen Actors’ Guild, the union for professional actors/actresses/stuntpersons.
