Craig Huston has more than sixty screen credits as a First Assistant Director on feature films, network or cable TV movies and episodic television series.
A 1973 graduate of the Directors Guild of America's Assistant Director Training Program, Mr. Huston has served as First AD to Academy Award-winning directors Stanley Kramer, Tony Richardson and Ron Howard, Emmy-winning directors Roger Young, Daniel Petrie and Joseph Sargent, along with dozens of others.
Mr. Huston has worked on distant location shoots in twenty-one states of the Union plus twelve foreign countries, as well as all major Hollywood studios.
Retired since 2003, Mr. Huston resides in Tucson, Arizona, where he currently serves as a volunteer mentor with the Hanson Film Institute at the University of Arizona.
